I prefer wired headsets for my home office and after much research, decided to purchase the Poly Blackwire 3325. I spend a lot of time on Teams and this headset has proven to be a comfortable, high quality and stylish device.The sound is very clear and rich, and my colleagues tell me that the microphone is clear and crisp with no cutout or distortion. The headset comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter which is conveniently tethered to the cable. The total length of the cable is approximately 7 feet with the ability to unplug the headset’s 3.5mm jack from the inline control pad. This gives you approximately 44 inches of cable to plug into other devices.The microphone swivels enough to allow you to flip the headset to position the mic and cable on either side. The earphones swivel 180 degrees and have very comfortable and soft padding with no noticeable heat buildup.The Poly Lens App is not required as the headset is instantly recognized and ready to go when plugged in, but I wanted to try it anyways. The App is quite simple and can be used in a guest mode. My headset needed a software update, and I used the App to do this easily.
