I often have issues with these types of earpieces, as I'm moderately tall (6'2") and when the walkie is on my belt, the cables are often just a tiny bit too short. This one, however, works nicely, being just long enough.The audio quality is good, with other people coming through clearly and no complaints from people on the other end. I like the rubberized cover on the microphone button, as it has a nice click and feel to it. The plug fits very securely and I had no worries that it would come out.Build quality seems nice and the ear piece fit comfortably, causing no issues even during a 10 hour day of wearing it. I appreciate it comes with a spare ear tip in case the attached one gets lost. Overall, this is a decent all around setup. Probably the only drawback is that it doesn't seem substantially better than ones I've used costing just over half the current $30 price.
