I ordered a set of these BackBeat Go 2 Earset on 06/01/14. My item arrived shortly afterwards. Upon opening the packaging I noticed that 2 sets of the eartips were missing. This item is supposed to include 3 sets of eartips (small, medium, and large). I contacted the seller to have the two missing set of eartips replaced.I tried the headset on and I was impressed with how light it was to wear. I planned on using this bluetooth headset for my workouts/jogging since my company doesn't allow for speakers in the workout facility.I fully charged the headset, which took approximately 2 hours to complete. I then powered on my headset to start pairing it with my cell phone via bluetooth. My cell phone could not locate this headsets bluetooth signal while the headset gave me a "Not connected" voice prompt. I attempted to pair via bluetooth using 3 other cell phones and a laptop (one at a time) without any device being able to find the bluetooth signal from this headset. I did notice that the indicator light on the headset was not flashing red/blue as it should be during pairing mode (from the owner's manual).I contacted the seller again to let them know that the rest of the headset was defective and that I would like the item replaced or a refund to my account. The seller (Elvee Digital) told me to ship the defective headset back to them for a full refund (including the return shipping costs).I will update this review if I ever get to try a working BackBeat GO 2 Earset.I got these for my girlfriend who has been eyeing these for a while. Her dad had a pair and she wanted the exact kind after checking them out. The package came in 2 days which is super fast. That is a plus in my book. At first she was confused on how to connect the headset to her phone, but she eventually figured it out. Her main fear is losing them since they don’t stay around your neck very well. Her dad lost his pair and didn’t even realize it. Overall though, she enjoys the headset. She takes it everywhere. There are a few minor setbacks which don’t really take away from how great the headset is. I would definitely recommend this product to someone who doesn’t lose stuff that easily. It is defiantly possible to lose this headset and not even realize it. As for my girlfriend, she would say the same since she has a fear of losing the headset.These are great for working out and doing chores around the house! However, they don't last as long as I would like (which is probably all wireless headsets) and they tend to slip out of my ears. I think little clear pieces of plastic on the ear pieces are supposed to help with this, but I haven't figured it out yet.Pros: decent soundCons: large earpieces, short battery lifeIt is difficult to keep buds in ears due to the size. The battery needs to charge as long as it will last.I purchased this for working out but these headphones are heavy which causes the buds to fall out of your ears with each head movement. No matter how I position them they would not stay in my ears. I had to return these after my first use in the gym.I have several issues with these earplugs.1 the sizing is not comfortable for long term wear.2 Battery life is not very good. 2 to 3 hours is typical.3. Set turns on while in a case in my pocket and hijacks audio.So i've washed these like 3 times now in the washer... not out of curiosity, but each time I find them in the washer, get mad, and then pray they still work, THEY DO! So easy 5 stars! But I don't recommend putting these in your washer, just a quick heads up.I love this headphones. I use them for running and also just to make phone calls at home. The buds are a bit on the small side, so I have to use the largest size, which does provide me with pretty good fit. Sound quality is outstanding, including the bass. Better bass than other wired headphones I've owned. Highly recommend!I've wanted BT to work for a long time. Never happy with early single ear devices I had a horribly expensive set of Jaybird Freedom's but they died within months.The battery life on the BackBeat could be higher and after several months of use the cover for the USB port could be better done but they are simple work really well sit comfortably on the neck and I just tuck the buds in my collar.
