Jabra PRO 920 Mono Wireless Headset for Deskphone - Bluetooth Office Headset with Noise Cancellation - Perfect for Call Centers, Remote Work & Business Communications

At first, when I plugged in the headset and started using it, clients were complaining that they could not hear me. They said I sounded like I was in a barrel. I contacted Amazon support as per instructions (useless btw). I tried every troubleshooting tip in the book and on the Jabra website. Nothing helped. Jabra support was very good once I got them on the phone. Very knowledgeable. Kudos to Jabra. However, in the end, Amazon did send a replacement headset. Yay! The second one works perfectly. I am very happy with the headset quality and sound. Clients can hear me, I can hear them, and the battery allows me to do my job without worrying if the headset is going to die on me.Excellent quality for a telephone headset. I’m used to a wired connection, but I thought I’d live a little when my company switch to a different voip. With that came a VVX501 desk phone, and I looked for compatibility to compliment. According to the phone manual jabra and one other brand were the only two supported. I settled on this headset after great responses and the value. Received without delay, and hooked it up. Nothing. Got to digging a bit deeper, and that phone requires a hook switch . Did not come with any other cables besides the T9 connection. I searched high and low, and found 3 in all of the internet. The Walmart marketplace was the fastest to ship, Amazon was out of stock with them arriving a week or two later. Seller from the Walmart marketplace never confirmed my order with shipping information, so Walmart canceled the order two weeks later and would not honor the original price. Reordered where i should have started and received promptly. Connected to phone and headset and works like a charm. The audio could be a little louder, I’ve got it turned up as lout as it will go. If there was much background noise it would be a problem. Overall happy and like. I will buy one a few steps up next time though. Good starter.Items works great with our desktop phones. Helps keep hands free!I bought this headset shortly after being sent home in March due to Covid. I was working as a call center rep at the time so I was on the phone almost constantly for 8+ hours each day. Being literally tied to a phone was driving me crazy and I couldn't even count how many times I tripped on my headset cable. This wireless headset was a godsend. It took me no more than 10 minutes to set it up and it has worked wonderfully since. It has great sound quality, convenient volume and mute buttons on the earpiece. I would get complaints all the time about the background noise with my old headset, but the noise reduction on this headset is great. No complaints unless a dog barks or someone is right near me talking. The battery holds up all day. Ive since changed jobs so its no longer in constant use, but I usually leave it off the charger for my whole shift and never once has it gone dead. I just pop it back on the charger at night and I'm good to go! I highly recommend this headset. It is well worth the price for the wireless capabilities alone.I work about 8 hours on the phone. The headset is light, stays powered on all shift, volume is good and easy to adjust or mute. Setup was plugging in 2 cables and done. I can keep the headset of my head all shift with the only issue of the ear piece kind of suctions to my ear, so a small adjustment every so often but nothing serious. I can walk from my basement to the first floor and still be connected without issue.I need to be on the phone a lot in my job, and since I'm a contractor, I knew that my request for a headset might go unansweredI asked for these as my holiday gift. It's great and works well. It's also light enough that I find myself wearing it when I go elsewhere in the plant I work in.Buy Jabra products. They're worth every penny.Sound isn’t great. Sometimes robotic. Sometimes just a subtle white noise.Range is decent. I walk all around my 1000 square foot crib. No issues.I’ve had it for about a month. Battery is good. I charge it right before work, for about an hour or so. I turn it off during my lunch hour, and otherwise it lasts my entire eight-hour day.For the price, it would have been nice if the headset had a little padding. It’s as cheap as cheap can get. Just a sharp metal headband. Lame. Buyer beware: it didn’t come with the ear clip even though it’s advertised on the Amazon page. I reported this to Amazon for false advertisement, but nothing changed.I had a Plantronics wireless headset which lasted for quite some time, but had its issues. I purchased this unit as a refurbished headset with new batteries and it works great! I use this headset every day for work and am typically on the phone for long periods of time for the duration of the day and the battery lasts the entire length of my workday (Usually 8 to 9 hours). The clarity is very good and can be adjusted to match your phone type. I use this on a VOIP Mitel phone and have had no issue at all. The noise suppression works well as they stated.The only negative that I can find about this headset is that it is a little bulky and heavy on the headset itself, but that is mainly because I use the ear hook for this instead of the over the head set. I tried it with the over the head set and the size becomes less of an issue. This overall is not much of an issue in my opinion as the headset does not fall off or move around too much at all when using the ear hook as opposed to the over the head set.We replaced an older head set with this and very happy we did. Works like a charm and has been trouble free.The headset was here in a couple of days as promised. It does look good as new. There was no instruction manual for set up but I found it easily online. This is replacing another Jabra wireless headset I have used for 10 years!!! They are worth every cent.Totally my go to for home office. If it ever dies I’ll just buy another. It’s been years though.
